Moist and gooey Mini Oatmeal and Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups are guaranteed to please any appetite! They are bite sized made with oatmeal and pudding right in the mix.
I love everything mini. Bite sized is perfect so you are more likely not to indulge.
You know….the jeans.
These are everything you could ask for in a chocolate chip dessert.
It’s made with chocolate chips…..yum.
A cup of Oatmeal…delish.
and an added vanilla pudding mix for extra flavor….perfect.
And during the holidays they sale cinnamon chips, which I’ve used in place of the chocolate chips. They not only taste delicious, they make your whole house smell like cinnamon.
You’ll want to watch the baking time with these babies! You don’t want to over cook them. You want them soft and gooey. Unless you like a little crunch.
If I could make you up a batch I would….but since I’m here and your there I will share with you the amazing recipe instead.
These look gorgeous! I’m located in Ireland so can’t get my hands on cinnamon chips but luckily an american friend has bought me a few packs so I will defiitely be trying these
I found you through Show & Tell Saturday Linky Party
I found them for the first time during the holidays in the baking sections, so they must be hard to come by. If you make some I would love to see pics of them!!
Thank you for stopping by, I hope you come back soon!

Hi Marti! I just realized when I responded to your email about a guest post that you are a no-reply so you didn’t get the message…I am so sorry! When you wrote me about doing a guest post I was in Texas and then it just slipped my mind. Anyway, I know it was a couple weeks ago that you asked so you may have moved on
But if you are interested then I would love to do one for you. Anyway, sorry about all that and the late reply. I hope you have a wonderful Monday!
Hugs,
Stephanie
Hi Stephanie,
What does being on no-reply mean? LOL I’m sorry if I did not receive your reply! I’m glad you told me but I don’t know how to change that! LOL
Yes, I would love for you to do a guest post. Just email me what you would like me to post or you can contact me here and send it that way.
Marti
Marti, I love cinnamon chips! I used to find them at my local stores but no longer. The best and easiest snack is rolling them inside crescent rolls and baking as directed. Oh they are soooo delicious!
DeDe@DesignedDecor
Oh that sounds great, I didn’t think of that but I’m going to try it!! I found them at Wal-Mart in the holiday baking section.
