No-Bake Blueberry Banana Cream Pie

If you never had the combination of blueberries with bananas you are in for a real treat! After the first bite, I was addicted! It’s an easy recipe with only 3 ingredients and requires no baking!  Just layer in bananas with blueberry and cream cheese.

No-Bake Blueberry Banana Cream Pie

Well, there’s only one thing that requires baking and that’s the pie crust.  When I don’t make my crust from scratch I buy Pillsbury Pie Crusts.  This one is actually their gluten-free crust.  It’s a little harder to work with because it crumbles more easily, but it taste just as good as their regular pie crust.

Once you have determined the pie crust you are going to use, bake the crust first and then you’re ready for the next step.

You will begin with the first layer.  This is simply cream cheese and a little sugar mixed together.  Stir it good until it’s smooth and creamy.

Pour the cream cheese into the pie shell.

Next, you will layer in sliced bananas.  I used 4 bananas because it’s really good with bananas!!

Next, just add a can of blueberry pie filling.

And since everything goes with Cool Whip, put a layer of cool whip on top.

You can freeze it for 30 minutes to set it.  It’s good when it’s really cold!
