She is a Calico. Last Summer my daughter brought me a litter of 3 calico kittens. I had just bought Callie my Ragdoll for a small chunk of change….$850 to be exact! Since Callie was a baby I took the other 3 kittens (I got for free) so Callie would have playmates. Twinkie got her name Twinkie, because she looks just like my Ragdoll Callie. I could not turn her down! I quickly went from one calico to four! My friends always tease me that I got Twinkie, a calico for free, but spent $850 on Callie calico. I just say that if I had not bought Callie, then Twinkie would not be a ‘twinkie’!
Twinkie is the ‘runt’ She’s the one that has to be near me at all times no matter what I am dong and she’s just like a little baby, she likes to be held and cuddled and rocked. Her favorite things to do are sleeping in her bed in the fireplace. I never use the fireplace, I turned it into her domain. She loves watching the birds and having her favorite snacks. She comes and tells me when she wants more snacks and when I get them she knows they are for her.
She loves to play fetch. I never taught her she is just very smart. One day when I was sitting on my couch she brought me her little ball toy and dropped it right next to me. So I picked it up and threw it, she went and got it, carried it around in her mouth and brought it back to me. I have no idea how she knew to do that! So she also loves playing fetch and carry her little ball around in her mouth. Cutest thing!
She loves her little sisters. This is her with “Ellie”.
She loves her bed….
and her naps.
This is her fireplace domain.
This is Twinkie when she was a baby. Summer of 2012.

Sorry I don’t have a site, but after visiting yours I may seriously reconsider. You are so sweet and fun and a lot like me, I am crezzy for kats and love crafting. I too have wished for a degree in crafting. If it were possible, I’d be in the masters program struggling happily for my PHD. Instead, I would love to just great a degree at the Art Institute in San Francisco. I will look forward to your projects and always be inspired.
