PEPPERMINT COKE FLOAT
Remember the floats from A&W? We used to go there every week for their root beer floats. Because of them I grew up making floats of all kinds and at Christmas time Peppermint Coke floats were always a favorite. You can make them with coke or root beer, whichever you prefer. It’s good either way.
I crushed up peppermint and layer in peppermint ice cream, peppermints, another scoop of ice cream and topped it off with more peppermint, then poured in the coke. It makes a great treat at home by the fireplace or for a family movie night.
