I made these for the 2013 Lucky Leaf 13 Recipe Contest. I used a can of Blackberry Pie Filling and stuffed 2 pieces of bread with cream cheese and blackberry pie filling. Then added Blackberries on top. I think it’s one of the best sweet breakfast’s I’ve ever had. You have the deliciousness of blackberries & cream cheese on traditional french toast making it an awesome combination of a sweet breakfast.
You can also make this using apple pie filling, cherry, or blueberry pie filling. Whichever one you prefer the best.
I’ve been learning 2 new software programs Photoshop and Lightroom, but still could not pull myself out of the kitchen!
You can top it with blackberry filling, ice cream or regular syrup. It’s good with any or all of these!

For the cream cheese filling add cream cheese, water, and powdered sugar.
Get your eggs ready.
Spread the cream cheese on both slices then add the yummy filling.
