This Magnetic Bobbin Holder is a perfect way to keep your bobbins at your finger tips and makes a pretty decoration for your craft/sewing room!

Magnetic Sewing Bobbin Picture frame holder and flower tutorial

Last week I shared with you how to make Golf Tee Bobbin Holders and how to keep your bobbins from unwinding with these Pony Tail Holders. Here’s another way to keep your bobbins organized by using a magnetic canvas and a picture frame.

I found an 8×10 magnetic canvas at a garage sale for .10 cents and the picture frame .50 cents.

I took out the glass and replaced it with the magnetic canvas to hold the bobbins.

The frame needed a little something to make it cute so I made some felt flowers and hot glued them to the frame.

I love this idea. I actually skimmed and thought it said bobby pin holder (multitasking failure) but think it’d be great for either!
