Hello and happy Tuesday! Thank you for joining me for another Tuesday’s Sew Organized Craft Room feature! Today I’m showing you how to turn a plastic cup from the dollar store, into a yarn container!
If you haven’t been to your local dollar store lately, you should check them out! They have so many pretty items in bright, Spring colors. They even have Chevron plastic cups in all sorts of pretty colors.
Just remove the straw and fill it with a roll of yarn and you have a nice yarn holder for your craft room!

Check out all my Craft Room features!

So good! Found you on Someday Crafts! I’ve also used a dollar store cheese shaker for embroidery floss. love the reuse!
That’s also a great idea! There are so many things to create when reusing things, isn’t there?!
Cute idea! My daughter knits, I’ll have to show her this.

Could you please tell me what dollar store you got the cup at? Thanks
I got it at the one in Lewisville, Texas. I actually think it’s called Dollar Tree
Just Brilliant!! Thanks for sharing.

Brilliant idea!
Thank you! Happy Saturday!
Forgot to ask, do your cats pull your yarn out? My kitties are sneaky night crafters lol 😉 Theresa
I have to keep everything up high on shelves! They love to craft, too! lol
That’s a great idea, especially for those of us with pets who don’t want to get our yarn out because of the pet hair nuisance. This would drastically help while looking fun!
For sure! I know exactly what you mean!
Happy Saturday!
