I’m in the mood for Fall and baking but I haven’t even gotten out my Halloween decorations yet!! I’ve been so consumed with making new decorations this year I haven’t gotten out my old ones. It’s on my must! to do list for this weekend. I do have a good reason, I spent today baking. I wanted another Pumpkin recipe and came up with the idea of adding Pumpkin to Cinnamon Rolls and I’m so glad I did…..it turned out sooo delicious! I only had one, two, ok three!
The cinnamon rolls are so moist and the homemade icing is so gooey. The cinnamon and pumpkin go great together.
Ingredients
- 1 Container of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 Pkg. Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows
Instructions
- Bake cinnamon rolls as directed.
- In a pan add about 15 Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows.
- Melt them on low. After they have melted, add the Pillsbury icing and mix well.
- Pour icing over cinnamon rolls after they have cooled.
These little Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows add a delicious pumpkin flavor. I added them to the icing but I bet they would be just as good if you rolled up a few with the cinnamon roll.
