I spent this week getting ready for Summer and cleaned my house. I worked for two days cleaning from top to bottom.
I was never so glad to get back to the kitchen and make up some Apple Pie Shortcakes and Gooey Caramel Apple Shortcake Bars!
And this week’s Sew Organized Craft Room feature is a Dollar Store Eyeglass Case Sewing Kit.

There’s also some happy dancing going on now that the Saga of the Kitchen Hutch is complete and I love it! This little $35 yard sale find is a perfect fit in our kitchen.
The boys got out their whammer-hammers to help me create a great Father’s Day gift for honey. It’s made from recycled bottle caps!
