A S’mores cake….that sounds delicious! This S’mores Frosting can be used in many ways. Spread it on graham crackers, frost a cake, or put it in a bowl and service it as a dip with graham crackers.
It’ s full of all the S’mores flavors. Chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers.
But what makes this S’mores Frosting even better is it’s made with chocolate ganache! Mix that with marshmallow cream, butter, and graham crackers and you won’t be able to stop eating it!
Here’s how to make it, in this not so pretty photo!
- 1/2 Cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 Cup heavy cream
- 1 Cup Marshmallow cream
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 Cup crushed graham crackers
- In a double boiler or saucepan melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together. Stir will. Add in marshmallow cream and melt into chocolate. Mix well. Add in butter and stir well.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a glass bowl. Add vanilla and powdered sugar one cup at a time, mix well with mixer. Fold in graham crackers.
Serve with graham crackers or frost a cake!
