I’m fairly new to cooking in the Instant Pot, but now that I have I prefer it every time over the hot stove, dirtying up so many dishes. I love cooking with an Instant Pot because there is less mess and the food never tasted so good.
Why Do The Eggs Taste Better Cooked In An Instant Pot?
It’s steamed rather then cooked in liquid over the stove. Stove top cooking can release vital nutrients and vitamins from the food, not to mention flavor!
Cooking with an Instant Pot the nutrients stay in the food because the lid is sealed and the steam never leaves the food.
The other thing I love about cooking with an Instant Pot is most meals you add the entire ingredients in the pot all at once, cooking everything at the same time. This means less dirty dishes to virtually no mess!

Add your eggs. You can make 1/2 dozen or 1 dozen eggs this way. The cooking time is still the same.

Secure the lid tightly as directed by the manufacturer.

Remove shells by cracking the eggs, I roll them on the counter then run them under the faucet. The shells come right off.
Leave shells on until you are ready to eat them.
