2-Tier Plate Bathroom Organizer

I was inspired by this post at the Pin Junkie for this project. I was so excited to begin making this for my bathroom, I love the plate stands and never thought of putting one in my bathroom. It has made a beautiful addition and has cleared off some much needed counter space.

I set out to find a plate stand and was happy to have found one at our local thrift store for $7 and I got the plates for $1 each.

It’s a perfect fit for my bathroom!

  1. HI Marti,
I have the plate rack you found at the Thrift store - it was from Southern Living. You have inspired me to get it out and use it for something other than cookies! Thanks!

  22. I really like this too.
  23. Love it! Using things in not-so-predicable places really adds to the decor. We currently have a wicker basket holding our stuff on the counter, but hoping to do some storage revemping... and I may just have to scour our thrift shops for one of those.
    Thanks for the inspiration!
  24. Hi Marti,
I love this idea. Right now Ihave three different plate stands that are gathering dust in the garage. My guest room could sure use an attractive display for guests.
Thanks so much for sharing and for your blog parties each week.
    Blessings,
    Carolynn
  25. I really should do this in my bathroom. Right now my compacts are threatening to avalanche.
  26. I've got to do this! My bathroom looks like the Macy's makeup counter dropped from the roof and landed in my house.
  27. Great idea! Wish I had counter space in my bathroom!
  28. I love this idea too!! And so easy to do.
