A sweet cobbler made with strawberry pie filling baked with a Bisquick cobbler on top.
You’re going to love this strawberry cobbler. It comes together quickly and is perfect for summertime or any time of the year.
It’s made with strawberry pie filling then I added a delicious cobbler using Bisquick.
If you’ve never had cobbler made with Bisquick you are in for a real treat. I use it for Strawberry Shortcake too, and it’s been a family hit for years.
The other thing I love about this recipe is it’s quick and super easy. No standing over a hot stove in the summer time. Just put it in the oven for 10 minutes and it’s done.
- 1-21 oz. can Strawberry Pie Filling
- 2-1/3 cups Bisquick
- 2/3 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Pour can of strawberry pie filling in a 9-inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl add Bisquick, milk and sugar. Stir until dough forms. Drop dough by the tablespoons on top of the strawberry pie filling.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until cobbler is golden brown. Serve warm.
