Now you can enjoy the sweetness of banana bread with healthier ingredients!

I’ve converted over from using processed white sugar to Coconut sugar.  I think it’s even a little sweeter than regular sugar.

I use it in everything even coffee. It’s a healthier alternative to processed white sugar.  I added in 3/4 cup to the recipe and it makes the bread so sweet and delicious.

To make it even more healthy I added in oats and organic cinnamon applesauce.  The applesauce makes it’s so soft and full of moisture.

I buy everything I can organic. I try to eat as clean as possible, but sometimes I do cheat and have a good ole pepperoni pizza!

This bread is so sweet, delicious, and healthy it’s perfect for breakfast or dessert…..or both!
