These are a fun craft and home decoration and also makes a great decoration for birthday parties.  They can be used as a table centerpiece all year round.
Craft Cupcakes

Supplies needed:
Colored twine
Small styrofoam balls
Cupcake liners
Elmers glue
Straight pens
Small gems or beads

Starting at the top of the styrofoam ball apply elmers glue all the way around the ball.

Once the glue has been applied begin begin wrapping the twine around the ball. Working your way from the top of the ball to the bottom.  It’s easier if you do a section at a time top/middle/bottom to keep your fingers clean so they don’t stick to the twine as much.

After the ball is completely wrapped in twine, decorate it using decorative push pins or beads.

Place decorated cupcake into cupcake liners and display on your table.
